vCheck changelog

Yesterday the last thing I did before the 0.1 release was spell-check everything, including the vCheck code. I corrected a spelling error in a variable name, but unfortunately missed two instances of the variable. Fortunately since I always 'use strict' the code I sent out wouldn't even run, instead it would just cause a pre-execution error from Perl. Somehow I thought I had tested the code right before the upload but I guess not. Sorry! Anyway, when vCheck ran for me this morning I got an error message and noticed it broke.

I've posted a corrected tarball but not incremented the version number since the prior version wouldn't run anyway and there were no other changes.

In other news, there was a new Apache release on the 1.x branch this morning and I'm please to see that the corrected vCheck flagged it right off.
